The prestigious golf course of the Mont Choisy group has joined forces with the gourmet brand La Potinière for the management of its restaurant. The signature of the agreement took place on October 26 and the official announcement was made during the Chairman's Trophy, a golf tournament held in honour of the chairman of the group, on Saturday October 31. The restaurant under the management of La Potinière will be operational from Sunday, December 1, with a focus on local products, good atmosphere and the promise of a great culinary experience.

Mont Choisy Le Golf is the only 18-hole championship course in the north, which often hosts major golfing events. The restaurant, located in a magnificent setting, offers golfers and members of the public a serene area where to enjoy good meals. Now managed by La Potinière, customers will be able to enjoy delicious regional gourmet cuisine which has been its signature for 52 years. The poultry will come directly from Mont Choisy La Ferme. The restaurant will also offer a refreshment / snack service to players directly on the golf course, through an online application directly assigned to the golf carts.
