Sustainability at Mont Choisy is approached as part of a broader development logic, where each initiative contributes to how the estate evolves over time.
Across the estate, recent actions have focused on strengthening everyday systems. New recycling points have been introduced at Mont Choisy Le Mall and Mont Choisy Le Golf, while organic and landscaping waste on the estate is now being transformed and reintegrated into the environment, reducing what leaves the site and reinforcing circular use.
Water management continues to follow the same long-term approach. Through the use of recycled wastewater for irrigation, up to 840,000 m³ of potable water is preserved each year, supporting both the landscape and the wider balance of resources.
Beyond infrastructure, awareness remains part of the process. In collaboration with the NGO WeRecycle, outreach programmes will be conducted across 15 schools during the coming months, encouraging younger generations to better understand waste and resource cycles. At the same time, 402 kg of e-waste was diverted from landfill, contributing to a more responsible handling of materials.
Each of these steps remains part of a wider intention: to ensure that progress at Mont Choisy continues to strengthen the coherence between land, infrastructure and everyday life.
