Fun & Sports Day at Mont Choisy

Friday 5th, the desks stayed empty for a while. Colleagues from across Mont Choisy moved onto the field for the team’s Fun & Sports Day, scoreboards in hand.
Results were recorded, and for a few hours, they mattered. What lasted longer was something else: pairings nobody would have predicted, and the ease that surfaces once people step outside their usual roles.
It was a reminder that some of the strongest bonds within a team are not built at a desk, but in the spaces around it.
