Chief Operating Officer

Reporting to the CEO and being in a senior leadership role, the Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for the implementation of strategies to achieve the Group’s strategic objectives. The job incumbent will lead the team for effective and efficient running of the organisation and its diverse operations whilst remaining focused on projects execution and financial performance.

 

Key accountabilities are:

  • Execution of business strategies operations, projects and annual budgets
  • Control and monitoring through effective systems / processes development and implementation
  • People management

Education :

Any of the following qualifications:

  • Degree or professional qualification in real estate or related field, Marketing, Accounting, Management or Business Finance
  • Post Graduate degree in the above or an MBA

Competencies :

  • Strong leadership and influential skills
  • Entrepreneurial and ability to drive performance
  • Adaptability to rapidly changing and dynamic environment
  • Team player with positive and can do attitude
  • Maturity and business understanding in diverse sectors

Experience :

  • At least 10 years proven track record in real estate development, estate management, golf or related field with strong operational credentials

Corporate Finance Executive

This is a diverse and unique opportunity to help deliver strategic growth within the Mont Choisy Smart City working on new projects, JVs and strategic alliances, analysing potential opportunities, performing valuations, assessing strategic fit and executing deals. The successful candidate will be required to lead each transaction/project from start to completion including building financial models, structuring the transaction and undertaking due diligence.

Education :

  • ACA/ACCA qualified or equivalent

Competencies :

  • Strong financial analysis and business modelling (working with excel)
  • Strong report writing for Board and Investment Committees, with focus on conciseness and key commercial issues (working with PowerPoint)
  • Flexible & collaborative approach, with commitment to working as part of a small and busy team
  • Entrepreneurial and adaptability to a dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

Experience :

 At least 5 years’ transaction experience in a corporate finance or project finance role within a bank/financial institution or a Big Four advisory team or a leading real estate developer

Executive Assistant to Group CEO

The role of the Executive Assistant to Group CEO is primarily to assist the CEO with daily administrative tasks, manage and organise the CEO’s office, agenda, meetings and travel plans. Draft and prepare reports and presentations.

Education :

  • Higher School certificate or equivalent
  • University degree is desirable

Competencies :

The ideal candidate will need to

(a) Have skills in:

  • Advanced Microsoft Office
  • Written & verbal communication
  • Organisation, project management and problem-solving

(b) Demonstrate ability to multi-task and build strong relationships with stakeholders and have a:

  • Friendly and professional demeanour
  • Strong eye for detail
  • Fair degree of flexibility

Experience :

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant reporting directly into a senior executive position

Admin & HR Executive

The Admin & HR Executive will be responsible for office administration and HR operational matters. He/she will plan and coordinate the administrative functions of the organisation and attend diligently to all HR related matters referred to him/her.

Education :

  • Degree in Management with specialisation in Human Resources or equivalent.

  • Reliable, trustworthy and supportive team member
  • Inter-personal skills
  • Good knowledge of labour legislations and other HR functions (Employee Resourcing, Training & Development, Performance Management, Leave Management, Benefits, Staff Welfare, etc.)

  • Good verbal and written communication

  • Adaptability to a dynamic environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.

Experience :

At least 3-5 years’ experience in an Admin/HR role in a reputable organisation.
