Head of Development

Reporting to the Group CEO, the Head of Development is responsible for driving the development strategy as per the Mont Choisy Smart City masterplan, execute the approved 3-5 years development plan from pre-development phase to marketing and start of construction, analyze potential opportunities, assess strategic fit and execute deals and transactions. The role of the incumbent includes producing high quality investment board paper for the Strategic Investment Sub-Committee and Board for decision making.
Education :
- Masters’ degree in Real Estate Investment, Quantity Surveying, Project Management
- MBA or CPA/ACA/ACCA, ICAEW qualified is desirable
Competencies :
- A strategic thinker, with outstanding commercial acumen and solid grasp of real estate development

Company Secretarial Executive

The Company Secretarial Executive is responsible of organizing and coordinating all Board and Committee meetings of Mont Choisy Group of Companies, ensuring full compliance with all relevant laws and best practices. The incumbent will work closely with the Chairman for the preparation of agendas, minutes of meetings, resolutions, and statutory filings.
Main Responsibilities
- Overseeing proper scheduling, coordination and operation of the meetings and committee meetings;
- Organising and preparing agendas and papers for board and committee meetings;
- Maintaining up to date records and distributing material;
- Taking minutes and following up actions from meetings;
- Oversee the maintenance of annual calendar of board and committee meetings;
- Ensuring full compliance with relevant constitutional documents, terms of reference/ charters;
- Preparation and submission of all statutory fillings in an efficient and timely manner;
- Overall responsibility for maintenance of statutory books and registers;
