This month’s Mon Partage was about getting everyone aligned and looking ahead.
Our CEO set the tone for 2026, sharing where we’re heading, what we expect from the year ahead, and the mindset we want to carry as a group: restlessness, precision and collective drive.
Teams were updated on what’s coming up across the business — from growth priorities and upcoming projects to the Clubhouse renovation, progress on Mont Choisy La Réserve, the ground-breaking of The Signature, and the latest updates on the Boulevard Promenade. We also shared what it means for Mont Choisy to be hosting the AfrAsia Bank Mauritius Open this year, once again.
We took a moment as well to welcome new joiners and introduce new team members across sustainability, design, facilities and agri-business — great to see the team growing in all the right places.
We wrapped up with a preview of an important moment for the group: our Values Unveiling Event happening on Friday, 27 February, where we’ll officially introduce the values that will guide how we work together going forward.
