On Friday 26th June, Mon Partage brought the team together for updates, recognition and one particularly memorable moment.
Nicolas Laurent, our Group Head of Finance, opened with a budget debrief, helping the room understand what it means for the business and for the path ahead. It was also an opportunity to welcome some new additions to the team, among them David Leong, joining Mont Choisy as Chief Investment & Development Officer.
The leadership conversation continued with Tessa de Chalain and Bhavesh Kinnoo, who shared where the Leadership Elevation Journey currently stands, the programme underway across management to strengthen leadership and collaboration across the business. It was a fitting backdrop for the moment that followed, as our CEO recognised Bhavesh for a recent achievement, consistency and determination meeting their reward.
Recognition continued with this period’s Silent Performers, Emric, Aaliyah, Nawsheen and Kelina, each acknowledged for the kind of contribution that does not always make headlines but always makes a difference.
The gathering closed on its best note. Just after midnight, Pepper welcomed her foal into the world, a healthy baby girl, a quiet and fitting way to end the morning, and a reminder that life at Mont Choisy keeps taking shape, in every sense.
