Mont Choisy Alongside Fondation Mère Marie Augustine

At Mont Choisy, we are committed to supporting meaningful and deeply human initiatives, those that respond to essential needs and often progress quietly, away from the spotlight. Since 2021, the Palliative Care Unit has been providing daily support to people living with incurable illnesses, with compassion and care. This holistic approach, both medical and psychological, helps patients regain comfort and dignity, while allowing families to navigate this difficult time with less isolation. La Fondation Mère Marie Augustine was created to ensure that this support remains accessible to everyone, regardless of their financial situation. It is a mission often carried out discreetly, yet its impact is reflected in every life it touches. For the second edition of the Caravane des Soins Palliatifs in the North, Mont Choisy chose to sponsor the children’s workshops led by the Konekte team, a dedicated emotional support space at the heart of a day driven by sisters, volunteers, and healthcare professionals who work tirelessly each day alongside patients and their families. “Beyond care, there is listening, presence, and human dignity. Supporting palliative care and La Fondation Mère Marie Augustine means being present where it truly matters.” – Ingrid De Speville, Group CSR and Sustainability Executive Bringing visibility to this unit and foundation means helping create better support systems for those who need them most. This commitment reflects what Mont Choisy continues to build over the long term: meaningful actions guided by clear values. Later this year, a charity golf tournament at Mont Choisy Le Golf will further extend this initiative, with all funds raised being donated to La Fondation Mère Marie Augustine.
