The land at Mont Choisy has always carried agricultural memory. At La Pépinière, that memory is becoming active. During a recent visit with our CEO, the first vegetable plantations were formally initiated across the new greenhouse facilities at Mont Choisy La Pépinière, marking a considered step in the estate’s long-term sustainability vision. Alongside the launch of the first vegetable crops, green waste is now being systematically transformed into woodchips, returning organic value to the land rather than removing it. Two initiatives, one clear direction: a more deliberate and responsible relationship between the estate and the territory it belongs to.
